Welcome to ISR lessons with Kristen Harris

I learned about ISR sadly, when a friend's 18 month old daughter drown in a pool only a few feet away from her. I promised I would not let that happen to me. I got BEYOND lucky with the most outstanding instructor. Lisa is an absolute angel and gem as a human and in the ISR space and water safety in general. Her way of teaching is so calming yet, direct and my daughter was impressing me from day ONE. She picked up everything Lisa taught her right away. By the time we got to week 4, I was in literal tears watching what my little girl was capable of, but also sad for all of the babies that could've possibly been saved. I knew in that moment that I would not be one of them because of what Lisa taught my baby girl. My gratitude is for life and I cannot sing Lisa's praises loud enough, nor that of the ISR program. SO grateful. We have gained a forever friend. Thank you for teaching my baby girl how to save herself and respect the water. I am still in AWE. This program is a treasure. I hope one day that the government will fund it as all families should have this chance. It should be as important as the basic health and wellbeing of ALL children, because it literally can be life and death.

We are so happy with our ISR experience. Both of my children have become great swimmers and ISR helped boost their confidence and comfort in the water. ISR has given us, as parents, such peace of mind. Ms. Rachel was amazing!
